Lesley works with organisations and individuals to help them plan and manage change and development. She makes use of tools and techniques from the world of management consultancy, facilitation, coaching, mentoring and mediation to help organisations, and the people in them, become more effective, competitive and resilient. Leadership development, team building and strategic planning are the core programmes she runs, with workshop facilitation and coaching programmes supporting these other areas of work.

Lesley has a diverse academic background, with early studies focused on international development and disaster management (Anthropology, Photojournalism, Nutrition) and later studies focused on developing people and organisations (a Masters in International Human Resources and Development).

She has lived and worked outside her home in the UK, in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and the Middle East and her global experience is the source of her energy and focus – supporting organisations and initiatives to promote sustainable development, reduce inequality and fight for justice.
